1979 Padua Italy, lives and works in London UK

2008 BA in Fine Art, Wimbledon School of Arts London

Memories of facts, people, events and places have a strong influence on his paintings, which attempt to capture moments in his life. He is inspired by images of people, objects and furniture from his childhood, the photos of close family members in their youth whom he met only later in their life. The juxtaposition of these characters in their adult life with the memory of them in their younger years creates a dream-like narrative expressed through bold colours and application of paint, in an attempt to express a mood or state of mind.

His approach to painting is playful, influenced by the pop-art movement, the narrative of his work suggest the futility of life.
